Simple crepe recipe for 3 servings!
In your first bowl mix:
- 125g flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1-4 teaspoon salt
In a separate bowl, mix:
- 300ml milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Gradually add the 2nd mix to the first and stir
30g melted butter on a non stick pan add mix, flip and voila!
