Saturday Pauper Challenge 20-Sep; 44 Players. Affinity wins in a top8 that only has 1x U Terror and Jund. 3 Red decks managed to top8, with R Madness making a return for 2 of those spots. U Fae was the biggest surprise being the 2nd most played in top 32 (5) behind Jund (6). #MTGPauper

Friday Pauper Challenge 19-Sep; 50 Players. Challenges still are U Terror v Jund, with 7 and 6 of the decks respectively in the top 32. Terror having 4 in top 8 is rather scary. Black Sac had 2 in the top 8 thanks to a decent Terror matchup. RB Madness also seems to be back. #MTGPauper

Sunday Pauper Challenge 14-Sep; 56 players. Good day to be a blue deck with the top 5 all being mono U. Terror took the top 3 slots along with being the most in top 32 (7). U Fae in top 4 had some new tech in Cyptomancer. Challenges are becoming mainly U Terror v Jund. #MTGPauper

Saturday Pauper Challenge 13-Sep; 39 Players. U Terror wins over U Fae. 3 Jund Wildfire in top 8 and 4 more in top 32. Infiltrator version seems to becoming the norm. Smaller challenge means you can see some spice down the bottom even with losing records like WB Food Gates. #MTGPauper

Friday Pauper Challenge; 44 Players. Infiltrator Jund wins over 3x U Terror in the top 4. There were 2 more U Terror in the top 32 for it to be the most played. Outside of that the decks were pretty diverse. UB Control, Boros Non-Synth, Whale Helix, Food Pest all made appearances #MTGPauper

Sunday Pauper Challenge 7-Sep; 58 Players. Affinity goes undefeated in one of the more boring top 8's I've seen for a while. Jund was most played in top 32 (8!), with 3 of those in top 8. Red Rally was next most played (6!) with 1 in top 8. 2 x U Terror also in top 8. #MTGPauper

Saturday Pauper Challenge 6-Sep; 47 Players. Elves wins over U Terror. Jeskai makes an appearance in the top 8 along with Gardens, U Fae and Gruul. High Tide had 2 in top 8 and was most played in top 32 (5). No Mono R Madness in the event, has it all changed to Red Rally? #MTGPauper

Friday Pauper Challenge 5-Sep; 44 Players. Black Sac wins another challenge, Rally Red in 2nd. Spy also gets 3rd after being hated out a bit recently. Top 8 was all different decks, with cawgates popping up again. Rally Red and U Terror were the most played in top 32 (5). #MTGPauper

Sunday Pauper Challenge 31-Aug; 67 Players! Black Sac manages to finally get a win after some good results recently. 'Green' dredge manages to go undefeated in the swiss. U Terror in 2nd and 3rd. R Madness was most played (5) in top 32. U Terror, RB Madness and Jund were at 4. #MTGPauper

Saturday Pauper Challenge 30-Aug; 56 Players. RB Madness wins over Affinity. Top 10 are all different archetypes. Boros Synth and UR Fae even make an appearance. U Terror was most played in top 32 (5). High Tide always seems to 4-2 or better with the same 3 pilots. #MTGPauper

Friday Pauper Challenge 29-Aug; 49 Players. Rally Red takes the win over a sea of Terror in the Top 8. The top 32 of this challenge was dominated by 3 decks all with 5 pilots; R Madness, Jund and Terror (4 U, 1 UB). Finally see a Cryo-Hawk deck in a challenge in 18th. #MTGPauper

Sunday Pauper Challenge 24-Aug; 60 Players. High Tide goes 9-0 to win, with an interesting list. Jund Wildfire comes 2nd with Gitaxian Infiltrator. Elf Spy manages to top 4. Lots of different decks this challenge except for the 6(!) Jund Wildfire in the top 32. #MTGPauper

Saturday Pauper Challenge 23-Aug; 38 Players. Another small challenge with 1st and 2nd the usual suspects on their usual decks. Fog Tron undefeated in the swiss, with 2 more in top 32. Ponza and UB Terror top 8 which doesn't happen often. U Terror most played in top 32 (4). #MTGPauper

Friday Pauper Challenge 22-Aug; 46 Players. Bit of a low turnout for Friday. Red Madness was the deck to beat, coming 1st and 3rd and having the most decks in top 32 (5). U Terror was next most played and also had 2 in top 8. Black Sac makes another top 8, and UB Fae is back? #MTGPauper

Sunday Pauper Challenge 17-Aug; 66 Players. Jund wins, but Boros Synth comes in 2nd? Hexproof managed to go undefeated in the swiss only to fall in top 8. Affinity and Jund were the most played in top 32 (4) managing to push out the Mono U decks that were most played Fri and Sat. #MTGPauper

outZEROo is the 2025 Pauper Showcase champion with Jund Wildfire! Managed to beat High Tide in the finals. Meta was pretty interesting with R Madness being the most played, also surprised about the increase in Gardens. Good luck to outZEROo in the MOCS! #MTGPauper

Saturday Pauper Challenge 16-Aug; 42 Players. U Terror takes out the first 2 places with another just outside of top 8. The rest of top 8 was pretty diverse. U Terror was the most played in top 32 (5) with 3 High Tides (all at 4-2) the next most common. Somebody bring some Pyros! #MTGPauper

Friday Pauper Challenge 15-Aug; 53 Players. High Tide and Spy have now become the enemy, 2 of each in top 8. They were also the most played decks in top 32 (5 and 4 pilots respectively). These overshadowed 2 Izzet decks and Black Sac in top 8, along with the return of UB Fae. #MTGPauper

Sunday Pauper Challenge 27-Jul; 68 Players. PNascimento almost goes back to back challenge wins with High Tide only losing to Jund in the finals. Both decks appear twice in top 8. The hype of Spy walls in leagues has finally spilled into challenges with 6 decks in the top 32. #MTGPauper

Saturday Pauper Challenge 26-Jul; 54 Players. High Tide goes undefeated in a top 12 that is all different decks. Jund was the only deck that appears more than twice in the top 32. Ponza in 3rd and Altarless Altar Tron in 9th mean leagues could be unfun for the next day or so. #MTGPauper

Friday Pauper Challenge 25-Jul; 58 Players. RB Madness wins over U Terror. Lots of U Terror in the Top 32 (7). Biggest surprise was Fog Tron, with 2 in Top 8 and another in top 32. No Spy on top 32 makes me think the hype has died down. R Madness is now the default Red deck. #MTGPauper

Sunday Pauper Challenge 20-Jul; 75 Players! The lone Jund deck in 2nd might be the hero today as surrounding it are a lot of super fast aggro and combo decks. 2 High Tide, 3 Red decks, Spy and Infect round out the top 8. High Tide, Jund and U Terror were the most played (4). #MTGPauper

Pauper Challenge Friday 18-Jul; 58 Players. Things are almost back to normal after last Sunday, with Jund (4), Madness (5 RB, 4 R) and U Terror (3) all being the most played decks. The spice comes from the winner on Izzet Fae of all things, along with the rise of Spy Walls in 3rd #MTGPauper

Sunday Pauper Challenge 13-Jul; 52 players. Real weird challenge this one since it was on the same as the RC Qual. Altar Tron won, with Egg Tron and Walls Spy in top 8. White Weenie was the most prevalent deck (4) and 3 people were on Izzet Terror? Nothing makes sense anymore. #MTGPauper

Pauper Super RC Qualifier 13-Jul; 281 Players! Terror managed to win over Cawgates again, but this time it was UB Terror. Affinity got 2 top 8 slots and Gruul was probably the biggest surprise with 4 top 32's inc. 1 top 8. U Terror was still the most played deck (5). #MTGPauper

Pauper Showcase Challenge 12-Jun; 262 Players! One could say that this event was Terror-fying with 5 of the top 8 decks all being U Terror with 3 more in top 32 for a total of 8. Cawgates continues its comeback from Paupergeddon with 2nd place. Jund was next most played (4).

Having no idea what to play for the Pauper Showcase, I just decided to go with good ol' reliable fog and hoo-boy did it do it's thing. Knew I had to avoid R Madness as that matchup is abysmal and managed to hold out until top 8. Feels nice to be back for a 3rd Pauper Showcase.

Saturday Pauper Challenge 12-Jul; 49 Players. Elves win the challenge over UB Terror. 2 more elves pilots in top 8 shows the deck is still very strong. U Terror being the most played deck in top 32 (5), may have led to elves success. Lots of different 1-of decks today. #MTGPauper

Friday Pauper Challenge 11-Jul; 63 Players! Jund Wildfire goes 9-0 beating Boros Synth of all things in the finals. Lots of 'Burn' in this event, with 4 RB Madness in top 8 making it and R Madness the most played decks in top 32 (5). Going to be an interesting Showcase tomorrow #MTGPauper

Sunday Pauper Challenge 6-Jul; 66 Players. Red Madness wins over RB Madness. Turbofog with 69 cards (nice) comes in 3rd. High Tide was undefeated in the swiss before losing in top 8. Lots of RB Madness in this top 32 (6) to make up for it's poor showing at 'Geddon.

Saturday Pauper Challenge 5-Jul; 36 Players. Really small challenge means weird things like Gardens can win the event over Affinity. U Terror was the most played deck (6) but actually had a losing win rate. White Weenie continues to perform and Jund continues to struggle.

Friday Pauper Challenge 4-Jul; 51 Players. U Terror wins over Dredge in what feels like a very weird top 32 meta. WW and U Fae were the most played decks (5). Maybe only the Italians play Wildfire, since they are all out at Paupergeddon. Expect more weirdness tomorrow. #MTGPauper

Sunday Pauper Challenge 29-Jun; 77 Players! R Madness wins over Spock's UR Control. WW fails to make it 3/3 this weekend but does come 3rd. The death of Affinity has been exaggerated as it was the deck that appeared most in top 32 (6), with R Madness just behind (5). #MTGPauper

Saturday Pauper Challenge 28-Jun; 51 Players. White Weenie wins again over Affinity this time. 3 U Terror in the top 8 along with another 4 in the top 32 meant it was the best performing deck by a decent margin. Natalino_91 is the only person who could manage a Red Dredge top 8. #MTGPauper

Friday Pauper Challenge 28-Jun; 60 Players. White Weenie wins, over discoverN terror. Top 8 included some weird builds, like Jund with Snuff Out and Duress, Elves with Distant Melody and Dredge without Malevolent Rumble. RB Madness and Jund were most played in top 32 (5). #MTGPauper

Saturday Pauper Challenge 21-Jun; 50 Players. DiscoverN cannot be stopped with another U Terror win. UR Terror managed a top 4 and Ponza got a top 8. Jund was the most played deck in top 32 (5). The lack of RB madness is surprising and looks like GB gardens is coming back. #MTGPauper

The perils of MTGO mean, that even if you go on a tear outside forces can stop you. Was 4-0 in the challenge and assuredly locked for top 8 until I lost power. Boros Synth is still considered a meme, but I find it has good game against everything in the format. Still optimising the list.

Friday Pauper Challenge 20-Jun; 57 Players. Barff has been on a tear with U Fae in leagues and won this challenge. The Rally/BTE Red deck got 2 top 8 slots, Jund and RB Madness had 1 in top 8 and the most decks in top 32 (4). Expect Fae to eat a bit of U Terror's metashare. #MTGPauper

Sunday Pauper Challenge 15-Jun; 63 Players. Elves come in 1st and 2nd. Affinity with Black Rod came in 3rd. RB Madness had the most decks in top 32 (5) with 2 in top 8. Scariest part was the 4 x High Tide at 4-2, showing that the deck has the consistency. #MTGPauper

Friday Pauper Challenge 13-Jun; 54 Players. 3 Jund in the top 8 along with 2 U Terror to beat up all the people playing FIN brews. Black Mage's Rod managed to top 8 in a cool Pactdoll shell. Choco/Mog was in all the WW that top 32'd and Town Greeter looks to bring Dredge back.
