Here are just a few of the sights from new faculty orientation at Baylor University as I transition into an expanded role. It’s a great joy and honor to continue the work I’ve been doing in an expanded role this fall alongside more than 100 new faculty!

Until next time, Vancouver. I’ve now spent half of my life traveling to and from the Pacific Northwest and Cascadia for various reasons. What began as an itch to ask a different type of question about #PostChristendom has become a space meaningful connections and hope.

We open #PathwaysToBelonging by talking about how belonging is an invitation to reality. Belonging is not simply a feeling, or a sense; it is a reality we all need. It is also a reality we have the opportunity to foster and offer in our lives and in our communities.
