I had such a love-hate relationship with this book. The lows are so low. But the highs are amazing. I was left in shambles and even teared up a time or two. (which is insane because I’m such a macho man, clearly) But in classic Pierce Brown fashion, it leaves you with a little sliver of hope.

Everything has felt a little heavier lately. Literally in life and the gym. (I’m so emotionally deep) lol. But stretching felt more painful. The weights felt more strenuous. And my run felt way longer than it was. But we keep moving forward. That’s showbiz, baby.
