Today marks the 15th anniversary of my liver transplant. I was diagnosed with autoimmune hepatitis in April 2010 and rapidly declined, being hospitalized in early May. My scars are a constant reminder of the extremely valuable gift that an anonymous donor gave to me.

Starting 2025 off right with a 90 minute yin practice. Sleeping swan is one of my favorites and great for my tight piriformis. Upward dog is proving to be quite a challenge since my umbilical hernia repair in late November, but will return with time and practice.
