Be observant if you would have a pure heart, for something is born to you in the consequence of every action, every decision. Pause in the space between stimulus & response, stand back and look at several angles. These thoughts have helped over time.

The reason truth is stranger than fiction is that there is less of it.

Pick leaders who are honest. Lying erodes public trust, hinders informed decision-making by citizens, & undermines the integrity and stability of government. When leaders lie, it creates a wide range of negative consequences for society.

Tariffs over free market = ruin USA! GOP over science = stronger China! Epstein's clients over victims = more suffering! Trump over truth = grift!

LEAVES Trees stand for years & weather many storms. Technology was influential in the LAST election. Leaves blow in the wind & float down the stream. A trout waits for a meal & ignores the leaves. The leaves decay & feed the insects that become food for the fish.

I prefer algorithms where people care about history, science, facts, truth, integrity & each other.

Books vs social media; While books foster deeper cognitive processes, critical thinking & sustained attention, social media is fun & informing, yet can lead to shorter attention spans, shallower engagement, and poor moods due to its addictive design and exposure to fragmented, polarizing content.

Integrity refers to being honest, trustworthy, and reliable. Leaders with integrity practice what they preach and own up to their mistakes, as opposed to hiding them, blaming Biden or making excuses.

Female longhorn beetles, primarily use their antennae to find dying trees that are suitable egg-laying sites. Male longhorn beetles primarily use their long antennae find females.

Truth and Love matter more than anything. Perspectives matter, so for the rest of my life, my phone will be off more than on.

Returned from camping. It was so fun to not bring a cell phone for two weeks. Brought a book instead. So enjoyable. I want to be more caring for those in my circle of influence.

A clean sky is blue. Loving your neighbor includes caring for future generations. The environment matters. I love hiking mountain trails under a bright blue sky.

The greedy want economic growth like we had after WWII. They want money more than they care about anyone. Electing a lying conman was never going to help anyone except the greedy people with no integrity. Live with integrity Love your neighbor Enjoy today Speak truth

What you focus on matters. That’s why thy tech bros want you on their social media. Tapping into a broader more truthful view is always better. Work with integrity. Eat for health. Get outside. Catch a wave. Read a book. No screens after 8pm. Get quality sleep. Perspective matters.

Wisdom & Thankfulness go hand in hand & Truth is their best friend.

A small act of kindness is worth more than the best intention.

Decline in marriages (1970s) was a symptom of a disease. Trump is a symptom of that disease. Not taking Wisdom seriously is a cause of that disease & it works over time like pesticides in food & water altering DNA sequences epigenetically. Epigenetic changes were & are passed to future generations.

Habits are like muscles, the more you use them the stronger they get. Even small choices matter.

Great teams evaluate each loss. Some far left liberal agendas fed into the propaganda leading to the big loss.

It’s awesome that some caring people have and use reasoning and critical thinking skills. It’s truly disastrous that algorithms helped so many greedy, selfish voters believe lies.

I am very thankful for journalists who have integrity

Americans are no wiser than the Europeans who saw democracy yield to fascism. The difference is that no country will come to the rescue. I am not a liberal, but I believe we must stay engaged and #voteblue
