He says the Surprise city manager and Phoenix ICE field deputy director will be meeting over the next few weeks to discuss plans about the concentration camp.

Surprise Mayor Sartor says that DHS promised they will operate the concentration camp the size of seven football fields across from a school and neighborhood with “limited visibility in the community.” He also said “transportation will happen discreetly to minimize community impact and disruption.”
