ignoring the hands cause i'll fix that during retypolgy. i think I got the general look i wanted now. still need to do the retypology and finalize the look but so far i'm liking where it's going.

working on a new model. i'm making myself a charizard that i want to try and rig so it's gonna be useful for animation.

Letting people know there isn't much time left to get the standees that are available at shop.luans.cafe once august is done you cannot pre-order them anymore.

Also showing this here I made two standee's in a collab with lu and some other artist. here is pudding's and I made the miltank one as well.

So I had to quit my job today, management they hired was a bitch and legit wouldn't give me breaks and kept using me a punching bag. so commissions are prob gonna open soon while I'm job hunting and getting my life a bit more organized...

so can finally show off my 2025 model a bit. texture isn't 100% done. I do want to add more details here and there. but going for a different look a bit.

man I don't know whats with myself. said I was gonna take a break but my mind was like *what if I made myself a little creature in blender* and like an hour later came out with this... there was no plan. just went with w.e and I honestly like it. I'm prob gonna continue it.

also small clip of it in a mmd world dancing so the movement is more apparent.

oh look what I got working in vrchat now. this model is pretty much done just got to do one thing cause I forgot to do a mouth texture like a dummy. but basically everything else is working alright.

Did a stream with log yesterday and did a little doodle of myself showing how flexible i can be. but I'm also cheating cause im slime.

Still working away at this model. did the expressions and talking today, got to do the blinking at some point and then finish up the texturing.

getting more done with weight painting. just got a few small things left.then I can move to getting the last few things ready before bringing the model into unity.

sometimes it's good to take a break from doing other stuff and do stuff for myself. like working on this.

small pose while im working on rigging. the rigging isn't done as the weight paints are *completely fucked* but it should smooth out once i get to doing so. but for now just a tiny little pose thing should be fun.

texture isn't done yet. but I started rigging the model anyway. and to answer how long this tail is, it can wrap around the model quite well.

fins are def something I don't like doing in 3d, I'm not sure if there's a super easy way of doing em but the last 2 models had em and I learned their a pain. but it's eventually gonna get done. I had to do some changes tho as doing the fins in all one piece wasn't going to work out in a t-pose.

finally did the retypology on the raffle model. i don't know why but for some reason this one took a while. now I just need to get the small details in and start the uv/texturing.

I'll be inactive for a whole week as I'm going to be visiting my bf soon, in like 2 ish days. in the states. so for a while I most likely wont be posting anything.

fweet. trying to actually make this look like feet cause it's whats on the ref. even tho I've never made human-ish feet before.

Finally getting back to sculpting this model for the raffle winner after a busy holiday/work season.

orb time. started work on the 2ed raffle model.

Ych animation was done a while ago but forgot to post it. it was a collab between me and @luans.cafe the ych winner was BluDoe on FA.

models now rigged and stuff, got some extra texture work to do. and some minor weight painting to make sure things work. but I just need to do the expressions and talking now. and i can bring it to unity for testing.

got a lot of weight painting to do cause the weights are pretty fucked. but eventually it will get there. this is gonna be the slow part.

pretty much done the texturing now I'm gonna work on the rigging.

did most of the colouring today. prob gonna work a lot more on it tomorrow. was a bit busy today. but it is turning out fairly well i think.

getting closer and closer. finally finished the retypology and now i'm working on getting the rest of the parts in place. got to do the wings, hair and the rest of the mouth but it's coming along nicely. did the eye textures just cause I could.

retypology my "favourite" part of modelling... that was actually sarcastic af I hate this part. normally I can use a add on to help with this but with such a character I can't trust the add on to do the retypology correct. as it fucks with the eyes & folds alot. so by hand it is.

slowly getting it more blocked out. (yes I know they have wings I'm adding em later.)

after getting some food now im starting to sculpt the actual model more. so slowly it's gonna start looking like the character more and more.

it's funny when i start a model and it's just *ORBS* but somehow it's gonna look like the character later.

not 100% done on rigging got some weight painting to do. but just basic rigging is already promising.

lopunny is being made.

she is now rigged and has expressions. now to just bring her into unity and test her out in vrchat.

My pokesona model so brrrrrrrrrr. she's done with the colours and just needs some rigging now. and possibly clothes.

I do need to learn how to post more on bluesky. I just suck at posting on multiple sites.
