Me in 2016 vs 2026 (not much has change except that I don’t edit my photos that heavily anymore 😆)

Very excited for this next cycle of muscle growth. With doing my first real bulk/cut cycle I know a lot more of what works for me and what doesn’t so let’s hope I get mega big this year 💪🏻

Is my vacation over? Yes. Am I going to continue to post pictures from said vacation? Also yes.

I will say that vacation was much needed. I haven’t had a trip in like 2 years and my outlook in life has greatly improved I feel way more positive than I have in like a year it feels so nice to smile just to smile and look at things with joy instead of disdain 😊

Treating myself to two sessions of cool sculpting to remove some stubborn belly fat that because of my genetics and cortisol levels does not go away until I am at an unhealthy body weight. I’m excited!!! I found one hell of a Groupon for it so definitely worth it!
