Making (64) 16-patches with 2.5” squares was challenging and fun! We ended up using a soft printed chambray for each diagonal center (the 4 running from corner to corner). When “Cubicle” quilt was all sewn together, the chambray was a subtle line running through the quilt. #quiltsky #thereprintery

We print paper note cards sometimes too. If we don’t have any fabric scraps, we cover the inked parts of the plates not covered with fabric, so the shapes are often the curve of an arm where a shirt sleeve would be attached. If that makes sense? #thereprintery #printmaking #printsky #cards
