I love, as a #ttrpg designer, statting up potential NPCs and getting that giddy player-state. You know the one, where you find a neat combo you hadn't considered and it sparks all kinds of ideas. The stuff theorycrafters hunt. It's nice to stumble on it in your own work.

One of my work games has a hyper adaptive, thief-hunter villain who's entire goal is to destroy a thieves guild that all the PCs are part of. He's learning their tricks, and is extremely difficult to pin down/catch off guard. He also happens to be a massive entophobe. #paidDM #ttrpg

The #BrachyrSystem focuses on small stories and arcs, it's half of how you 'level up'; time played/arcs completed. Every adventure so far has been a standalone. If I were to make and publish a major campaign ala RotR, it'd be reclaiming a dead city and bringing it to the new #clockpunk age. #ttrpg
