A neighbour has given me a peculiar audio cassette player that also acts as a radio tuner, and includes a 4.5" B/W TV screen. It's an obsolete technology, but it makes me smile and travel time to more simpler times.

It's been years the last time I've felt muscle pain due to anxiety secondary effects. My deltoids were in this state by late afternoon because the first halfday work was particularly intense to me. +4 hours nonstop attending customers and advancing orders. I needed medication at dinner.
