Today, I watched my 25th film this year, so here's how I ranked them. The criteria is basically how much the movies made me feel and think.

I moved my lamp next to my bed--it was next to my desk--and it is incredible. Having a good light source next to my bed is so nice. It makes me want to read more physical books before I go to sleep, which I did last night (I am reading The Message by Ta-Nehisi Coates).

Where has Naoki Urasawa been all my life??? I started reading Monster on Wednesday, and it is really good. I have issues with it, but they are a bit minor. It's mainly the length of the series. I don't see how it could be 162 chapters, but I've only read 9, so I could be wrong.

I'm going to be so sad and delighted when Batman: Dark Pictures ends. This book is so good. That and Hellhunters are my favorite books coming out right now.

In July 2021, about a month after I moved down to Florida, I began a script for an evil Superman type character. For years I couldn't crack it, and left it to simmer. I think I've figured it out, at least a bit. Fortunately, he's no longer an evil Superman. Time to build out this world!

Nova #8-12 and the annual being tie-ins to Annihilation: Conquest, and NOT being labeled as such is the worst thing ever. Marvel Unlimited doesn't have them in the reading list, so Nova shows up with Warlock (not the Him variety), Gamora, and Drax out of nowhere (no pun intended)!
