the dsm is obviously flawed in like a million different ways in general but one of my biggest gripes is specifically the whole of DID & OSDD-1 as diagnoses. DID should be a spectrum disorder and OSDD-1 should be made redundant. it doesn't MAKE ANY SENSE for both of those things to exist in the dsm

a friend suggested to me compiling my poetry somewhere to like share it and it’s not a bad idea but i’ve got no idea where. she said it made her feel very validated as another victim of abuse & cptsd which is sick because im trying to convey really really intense feelings via abstract literary form
