Okay, so I have sat with this for while and I have concluded that Kay's behavior to toward Wendy is a reflection of the blind loyalty that Kay is showing for Karen. At the end of last season, Wendy and Karen began to unravel. Kay has always been loyal to Karen especially after the Muppet Brawl.

I think I still need to process this episode but I am leaning toward these notions: Kay may be the new villain of Potomac. Ashley was somewhat quiet and not missed. Stacey is going to become center flute within the next few seasons This season is the prequel to a cast reboot. #RHOP
