My dog's notoriously bad at watching where he is going when running at 1000mph. On today's outing to his favorite field he hurt his foot. Hopefully it's minor & doesn't require a vet visit but for now I figured the least I could do is serve lunch in bed so he doesn't have to stand on a limpy paw 😭😭😭

I've been trying to get back into drawing again after absolute ages now that I have a working cintiq again. Here's a work in progress! I'm really happy with how it's coming along, especially considering how rusty I am ^_^

My friends & I have been playing Peak lately. This is my perfect little sailor boy, so full of hope and wonder 🥺 All my time doing GW2 jumping puzzles is paying off, last round I was the sole survivor through the alpine & volcano biomes & I've never been more stressed getting to each res point lmao

Progress on my parasaurolophus model set I've been working on: the cycad is complete! It was such a tedious little jerk but I'm really proud of how it turned out!

6 days later, I have power againnnn!! No internet or power to the well pump yet, but at least we no longer have to be huddled around the wood stove fire in the dark!

I'm up in Point Roberts this week and I went for a walk to try to clear my head. I saw a lot of good birds: a common loon, horned grebes, harlequin ducks, double-crested cormorants, a common tern, a Bonaparte's gull, brant, surf scoters, and red-breasted mergansers :)
