Patricia Thornley, Chief Scientific Adviser, Department for Transport, opens Session 1 on Digital Transport by setting out her priorities, challenges and opportunities for digital transport.

It was great to meet up with @metromayorsteve.bsky.social, and Mayor Skaith to show the contributions of the ITS Sector for their regions. In the North West, the sector contributes £355m in GVA and 5,145 jobs. In Yorkshire and the Humber, the ITS sector contributes £255m in GVA and 3,195 jobs.
