These mustard "smothered wings" were friggin' delicious. It created a lot of liquid which made me wish it was thighs and cooked with rice. I cooked diced potatoes in the leftover liquid and they were one of the best things I've ever tasted. Schmaltz is better than bacon fat IMHO.

Liquid pizza crust worked! Started off on the stove to crisp the bottom all the way and steam seal the top, then under the broiler to melt the toppings. In hindsight, I would have just baked it since the crust's top was almost too pillowy.
