So excited to be shoulder pressing 98lbs for 6 reps in sets of 3. Doing progressive overload has been so fun and rewarding. I'm also starting to figure out what I want my goal physique to be but I think that I wont reach it for another year or so. Imma look so fit when im 30 (next year 🤣) !

We had to switch from my Witcher campaign to the clown campaign in our dnd group which is both a bummer and a blessing.
