I've been watching a bunch of YouTube videos about weird and experimental 5th and 6th gen Japanese games over the past month or so. There are dozens of them I want to try out, but it was getting hard to remember them all (especally since some of the games don't have any official English title)

Yea...I'm happy with this. Right now, Tio, Altina, Fie, Emma, Renne and Eile are my favorite Trails girls. So finally having at least one poster of each girl makes me happy. I get to see them everyday in my room ❤️

My Trails Beyond the Horizon LE arrived last week but I wanted to wait until my Altina poster got here to post it. Because the Horizon Altina poster just go so nicely with my Horizon LE. Besides Altina is one of my favorites in Trails and I love her new design the most.

I spent the last few days going through the main story in Uma Musume and getting caught up. It took me a lot of focus, since 80% of it was just watching cutscenes with no interaction. It basically felt like watching an anime.

Frieren time Hopefully, I can still at least try to watch one anime episode a week. Even if the days of me watching an entire season in a single day are long gone. Ideally, I wanna watch new Frieren episodes on Fridays because it's Frieren Friday

If there's one Touhou game I'm just absolutely drooling over and craving so hard to play right now, it's Mystia's Izakaya. I just really, really love the pixel graphics. I want to play the game for that alone.

On a thread where I asked for aggressively weeb games to play, a lot of the recommendations are games I played between 2016-2018. Not only do I still physically own a lot of the recommended games, but I also have limited editions of a few of them too.

I've been thinking for a while about why I've been struggling to stay focused on playing through Octopath Traveler 0 and how I suddenly became all attracted to ultra weeaboo Japanese games again in the last few days. And I think a huge part of that is just might because I just want to feel good.

Good video. I know the whole popularity thing with Expedition 33 and The Game Awards is a bit of a dead beaten horse by now but the insight is nice and I can boil it down to a few points.

Finished my first run for Dispatch. I think I did pretty good considering it's a blind run and I just made choices based on what I would personally do.

I ngl, I didn't expect to get Biwa Hayahide or Oguri Cap at all since my pulls were awful but then I spent a scout ticket I somehow had, and I got Big Head out of pure luck. So I am very happy, especally since I love her fluffy white hair, it's so kino.

Oguri Cap is precious I really love the Christmas event in Uma, it's so cheesy, but man it's so feel-good, it made me want to cry a few times.

I love every single game on here, HD2D is my goat. I kneel 🧎‍♂️ They're consistently score well on Metacritic too. Never dipping below the 80s. They're basically the second coming of Square's SNES/PS1 run.
