It’s a strange experience when a coworker dies. We get to see the passionate side of them, their intelligence and their dedication. Then boom. They are just gone but their stuff is still there like they are going to come back. Makes it even more difficult when this person was my college prof.

This time last year I was 90 lbs heavier so that’s pretty cool.

I got my thyroid tested and turns out I have hypothyroidism 😭 which makes sense why I have always had to work 10x harder to lose weight. Have to wait 5 months to test again and maybe go on meds for it. Pain.
