It’s a strange experience when a coworker dies. We get to see the passionate side of them, their intelligence and their dedication. Then boom. They are just gone but their stuff is still there like they are going to come back. Makes it even more difficult when this person was my college prof.

This time last year I was 90 lbs heavier so that’s pretty cool.

1 year sober & since I started my weight loss journey. I’ve got 7 lbs left until the end goal. Life is so good 🎉

I got my thyroid tested and turns out I have hypothyroidism 😭 which makes sense why I have always had to work 10x harder to lose weight. Have to wait 5 months to test again and maybe go on meds for it. Pain.

I have 5 months left on my medication that has helped me beat my eating disorder. I’m very nervous because it has helped me so much. But happy that I have made a lot of progress. Got referred to an outpatient treatment program to start after to keep me on track. But damn. I’m in my healing era. 😤

I haven’t been on VR in 2 months. Sometimes I miss it, especially when the weekend rolls around. I packed away all of my gear up in the attic so I can focus on this new chapter in my life. But damn. 🥲
