The death of literacy also means the death of things like sarcasm, irony, hyperbole, etc. We can't have fun anymore cause these fuckers are functionally illiterate and actively want everyone else to be too

I've covered ICE / DHS for about a decade now and more ICE agents are willing to talk now than ever before. The confidence the administration is trying to project is absolutely not reflected internally.

People are saying this because it doesn't matter whether someone is a good person or a bad person, there is no justification for police or ICE to execute them. We want people to stop being tried in the court of public opinion for being murdered

Minnesota's state FBI-like bureau is suing Noem. It says before pre-emptively declaring the killing righteous and abandoning the crime scene, feds took exclusive custody of evidence, including "apparently seized cellphones." MN asserts a sovereign right to investigate crimes within its borders.

This was murder. Pretti did not initiate the confrontation. He didn’t strike them. He didn’t brandish his gun. They tackled him, beat him, disarmed him, and shot him.

Highly recommend setting this up. I'm sure Apple has a similar feature. As ICE tries to detain witnesses and suppress evidence, ensuring any emergency video is sent directly to emergency contacts is one way to circumvent this. It also automatically backs up a copy to your Drive.

People already working hard to prove how perfect Alex Pretti was. To show he didn't "deserve" to be killed. But it's a trap folks. You're only feeding into a dynamic where people who are considered lesser get no protection. You don't have to be an Alex Pretti to deserve to live.

Please be so serious right now. If the person ICE shot and killed had a gun, they would not have been that close up on him beating his ass like that. Like, please have some critical thinking skills and move beyond the spin of an administration that has shown you they will lie.

Dear media, As you report on another inexcusable act of violence by ICE against the American people, remember: HOMELAND SECURITY LIES ROUTINELY AS A MATTER OF POLICY. If you feel compelled to include the Trump regime's version of events, you must include that context. Thank you.

Unmask these domestic terrorists and get them the fuck off our streets. This is completely unacceptable in a so-called free, democratic society. We're descending into fascism, and we must rid America of the cancer that is Trumpism.
