Thought I'd share a portrait of Wladka I painted last month for fun and practice, went for something stylized with big eyes, and tried to capture her kind of malaise / sadness, but I think it came across more bored perhaps. Not bad though! I wish I put more time aside for digital painting.

Wireframing is helpful when you haven’t figured out exactly how a room should look or function. Draw something quick, put it in the game, and see if it feels good! If it doesn’t, you can try again before you commit many hours of pixeling and architecting. #pixelart #gamedev

We want our game Castle Dornstein to be rich with lore and backstories. Much like Hemlock, our main character, you’ll be more successful in navigating conversations and puzzles if you take the time to learn more about the history of the land.
