Yesterday I found an economic fracture. My local Krogers had standing rib roasts left. an end cooler full of them. Originally priced at 20 dollars a pound, discounted to 10 bucks a pound. People were not buying 150+ dollar roasts for the holiday. I think things are about to break in a big way.
