Social media seems more friendly to sharing looped music than full pieces It frustrates me because I love establishing a well structured intro for my game music. Much of it resembles concert music in form. Unfortunately there’s no hook in a soft intro 😢

Just got back from my first vacation since 2011. It refreshed my compositional mind and I feel so inspired!

I used to drink 6-8 cups of coffee a day. Sometimes more Last week I stayed at a hotel substituted 7 of those 8 cups with water I just tried drinking it, my favorite comfort beverage, and my system isn’t responding well… On the bright side, my energy and stomach are stable without it 🤷‍♂️

For any who need to hear this: the game industry can be a cruel & hard place. It's particularly bad right now. If you can't find work it's not necessarily a judgement on you. There are a lot of talented, experienced, & genuinely lovely folks who are also having trouble. You're in good company.
