A few years ago I cut my caffeine intake down to about 2 cups of coffee and 1-2 cups of tea a day as an experiment to see if it would improve my (notoriously horrible) sleep, but over the past few weeks I’ve been back up to pre-2023 levels of caffeination and honestly my sleep has never been better.
