Honestly I was worried I would hate using oil pastels since I have an issue with certain textures touching my hands ✋🏻, but I didn't have to use my fingers to blend! Using the pastels to blend themselves worked good enough!

Trusting the process of this beetle! 🪲 It was fun trying to capture the iridescent shine on this little bug, and so easy to blend with the oil pastels! Next is the pompellon, which I think is a moth? Browsing through all the different insects to draw has been a great past time too!
