I'm wearing Old Navy Christmas pajama pants for studying. It's dual purpose. First, I'm comfortable. Second, it's incentive to stay here and study because if I went anywhere I'd have to put on more respectable clothes and that's more work than I feel like doing.

Every time I click one of those cloudflare I'm really human boxes I'm imagining what it's really doing is turning on the camera to see if I'm getting up to go to the bathroom or grab a snack while I'm waiting.

I've been an attending physician for almost 25 years and I'm still surprised when I call another doctor's office and the doctor calls me back within a day or two to talk about a mutual patient.

(Sigh) trying to use a long drive to listen to bar review lectures. Advancing to the next requires interacting with the app, which I don’t want to do while driving. Can’t listen outside the app so I may be stuck either interacting with a screen or only one lecture per leg of trip.

Took my cat to the vet for his monthly arthritis shot. About 5 minutes after the tech took him to the back, another tech came to the lobby and announced they were dealing with an emergency in the back and we'd all have to wait a little longer. The next 10 minutes took about an hour to elapse.

I am worried. My cat needed sedation (pre gabalin)before going to the vet yesterday. It's now 24 hours after he got it and he's not normal. First coming home yesterday he seemed sedated but OK, had no problem getting up into his tower and went to sleep. I stepped out for a short time and came back

Someone explain to me like I'm 5 years old-what is the health benefit of a continuous glucose monitor for a non-diabetic person? It doesn't measure weight, blood pressure, activity, VO2 max, caloric intake, SPO2, heart rate, heart rate variability. Aren't they all more relevant to a non-diabetic?
