Added another EPROM to the DDS to extend the resolution by two more decimal digits. Resolution is now 1 Hz. Range is 1 Hz to 1,599,999 Hz.

Added a second EPROM to the DDS for two more decimal digits of resolution. The EPROM does BCD to binary conversion and 7 bit binary addition mod 100 with carry output. Frequency range is now 100 Hz to 1,599,900 Hz in 100 Hz steps.
