Pouring into myself before anyone else is such a high priority this upcoming year and I don’t say that selfishly. I just know that this is the only way I can evolve. Not only for me but for the people I love that deserve the best version of me, too.

There’s an abundance of peace that comes from creating a sanctuary within that nothing can come between. A place that you can always call home no matter what is happening outside of you.

Forgive yourself for repeating the same cycles.

Learning to accept and release our hold on what is out of our control is one of the most important lessons in cultivating our happiness. Feel your feelings, take a deep breath, and then move forward. You are so much bigger than your emotions.

Everything you’ve been working so hard for is coming to life and you’re so busy trying to get to the next thing that you can’t even see it. Give yourself the love, credit, and appreciation you deserve; you should be proud of yourself.
