With this and a lot of other late-CH4 stuff I'm convinced that #DELTARUNE Chapter 5 will have the Castle Town dolled up to look like the Festival, with Chapter 4's events inadvertently making the real Festival even less splendorous than it usually is (1/??)

Now that's Winter, I'm thinking about NEWSLETTER. But I haven't written anything for one yet... Right now, my energy is going towards preparing Chapter 5 for localization. The translation process begins next week. We have extracted all the English text and we are now annotating it.
