Today's lesson in clay work: it's very hard to make female anatomy look right and not over exaggerated. Poor Melphina was definitely not that 'blessed' by nature but lordy is it hard getting things to the right proportions while still looking right. Figuring the tail out is going to be fun.

So the next chapter is being delayed as I'm sure has become evident, but I promise it's for a good reason. (versus the last ones being delayed by less desirable things.) Fallen Star will continue - just after I get done making a few more long overdue gifts for some friends.

So working on getting the PC set up; some files decided they didn't want to cooperate with the backup so manual transferring is a thing now. BUT! Now I can write/edit without my PC trying to catch fire because apparently word processors are not an MB's friend when dying. So hopefully new chap soon.

Pet supply companies: "Pay us $40+ for a big plastic litter box with a hard plastic litter spray screen that will never be useful for any box but that one, so hope your cat doesn't tear it up." Me: "No. *goes shopping* I'll make one myself that I can swap between boxes as necessary." #pets #DIY

Update on the PC situation: if it doesn't get delayed again, I should have it right at the end of April. In the meantime, I've done what I can to stabilize the dying PC. Cutting it down to one monitor seems to have helped for whatever reason, but we'll see how long that lasts.

Sorry there's been no new updates story-wise. I'm in the process of moving, have several appointments and on top of it all: my PC has decided this is the *perfect* time for the motherboard to slowly die. Family helped me get a new one buuut- 1/2

While it's nowhere near US costs, the fact that rehab for dogs is hardly covered by insurance at all means that after two months costs get high. Henson has a weak hind leg muscle and really benefits from hydrotherapy. Which costs money. Would love some work, anything helps. #artcommissions
