In January I decided that I was taking a step back from social media. Six months have now passed and while I miss the Earper community, I’ve found my life to be less encumbered. BIG things have happened and I couldn’t be happier. I hope all of my Earp pals are thriving. ❤️

An hour and fifteen minutes of Gillian Anderson on David Duchovny’s “Fail Better” podcast is exactly what I needed today. Mulder and Scully were THE defining characters in my teenage life. And hearing them speak to each other about their complicated past is so beautiful to me.

In a week that has been filled with absolutely NOT trivial things I find myself contemplating the most trivial of decisions. One I grapple with EVERY Friday. What's for dinner? The solid phase. The liquid phase is already in the fridge at home.

Well, it’s Sunday. And the GOOD news is Mac Jones won’t throw a pick and the Patriots can’t lose when they don’t play. I’m sure they are saving up all their offensive energy to lose against the equally incompetent Giants next weekend.

It’s been a long week not knowing where Bolt was, or if she was ok, but last night she came home!! She was very hungry, but other than that seems none the worse for wear. Hopefully she has had enough adventuring!

Had a great trip with the fam. Now it’s back to the grind.
