A disappointing end to the first half (ish) of the season. #BlueJays go into the All Star Break losing another series, this time to the #Padres. There were opportunities there... but opportunities missed. Let's hope there's a reset once they come back from the break on Friday!

Who is confident that the #BlueJays are going to beat the #Giants and win this series today? I think I was confident until I wrote out the word 'confident'. Seeing that word made me question my own opinions. I'm hopeful. I can live with that word.

What a strange game tonight as #BlueJays faced the #Giants. Both starting pitchers were off their game. Tonnes of walks. We ended up losing, but let's find the positive tonight. #Vladdy hit another homer. We managed to score 7...There's still a lot of work ahead...and a lot of baseball left to play!

Excellent game for the #BlueJays against the #Padres tonight. #Okamoto hits another HR. Our pitching, especially our relievers are doing a fantastic job. Our hitting, could improve... but IS improving. So that's also a good sign. I'd like to see more runs spread out across more innings. 😁

Now THIS was the game that the #BlueJays needed. Where to start? Almost a no-hitter from #DylanCease. A grand slam from #Okamoto (even bigger Big Oak!). A much needed home run from #Vladdy and #Springer! Spreading runs over multiple innings against multiple pitchers.

There's some good news for the #BlueJays tonight*. They pulled off a big win against the #Giants. A much needed win after our recent poor performances.

The bad news, we got crushed again. The good news, the #BlueJays finally broke their scoreless streak with a #BigOak Home Run. The Jays compounded their poor offensive performances of late with some poor defensive performance. 3 Errors on the night.

The #BlueJays go up against the #Giants today in #SanFran. Every game, every series is so important to the Jays now. They've got to put up some wins if there is any hope of post season action for them. The Giants are 37-52.. a worse record than the Jays 42-48. Is there hope there? We'll see tonight.

Another disaster of a game for the #BlueJays. This time the #Mariners shut them out 4-0. There's a part of me that keeps saying "It's ok. Things will change after the All Star Game". But after the All Star Game it will be do or die. I'm hoping that little part of me is right.

Is there some sort of deal that's been made? Where we win big on Canada Day & then have to be crushed on the 4th of July? Because that's exactly what happened. Today's performance by #BlueJays was bad against the #Mariners. One hit all game, not a single run. Oh well, there's always tomorrow.

A much needed win by the #BlueJays tonight. Especially since its against a competing #WildCard team, the #Mariners. It was a pitching duel tonight, with #DylanCease putting in an awesome performance, and coming up on top.

What a Canada Day for the #BlueJays! A nice solid 9-3 win over the #Mets. Why can't they play like that every day? Could be a question someone might ask. We all are hoping that the Jays awaken from their slumber soon. Maybe Canada day was the day?

The #BlueJays squeaked out a win yesterday. #KevinGausman on the mound today against #NolanMcLean. Squeaky wins are fine, but I think I speak for everyone (half of them, at least) when I say a big statement win would be nice.

I wonder if the #BlueJays will be able to beat the error plagued #Mets tonight. It'll be a real battle of the titans as the 39-45 Jays go against the 35-49 Mets. Let's take baby steps and try to win at least one game this series!

Another disappointing end for the #BlueJays. It started with #PatrickCorbin digging us a big hole from which we couldn't escape. With each loss the demand for tough decisions should grow louder. Although, in my opinion, DFAing Corbin shouldn't be a tough decision. It just needs to be done.

The #BlueJays are caught in a really tough spot. I'm no expert but it seems obvious that they have to rearrange their lineup. #GeorgeSpringer & #Vladdy are simply not doing the jobs they're supposed to do, offensively speaking. They're both hugely popular, but popularity doesn't win baseball games.

The good news? We can put the disastrous series against the #Astros behind us. That's all in the past for the #BlueJays. Now we need to focus on the #Rangers.

Was somewhat afraid to log in tonight. I figured the #JeffHoffman haters would be out in full force. Too often people only remember the bad and never the good. Hoffman has been great lately.

Well, today we can get back to .500 again! The #BlueJays... do they play #baseball or is it YoYo? It could be both!

#BlueJays fell below .500 today. But the game was awesome anyway. 11 innings of afternoon baseball? What could be better?

I'll begin by stating that I don't really know anything.I'm not an expert or even someone with advanced knowledge.I'm stating my opinions because sometimes stating your opinions is fun. Also, if I turn out to be right, I can claim to be a genius. If wrong, I'll just sweep it under the rug & move on.

Jays game got rained out today. And although I'm sad because I didn't get to watch any #BlueJays today. I guess I should be happy that we're giving our relievers some rest. I also went out and ate some delicious Vietnamese food at #SiagonLotus, so I guess the day's not a total right off.

Getting ready for another #BlueJays game against #Cubs. The Jays sit at 38-39 for the reason. A win today brings them to .500. Of course, the Cubs are 40-37 and probably would prefer 41-37 to 40-38 after today. Hoping for an exciting game this afternoon!

That game was fairly stressful! But the #BlueJays pulled off a win against the #Cubs! After going five innings of doing nothing, the Blue Jays started to wake up in the 6th and then came alive in the 7th! Down by 5 at one point the game ended 8-6 in the Jays favour! We're now 1 away from .500!

Who's a little worried about today's #BlueJays vs #Cubs game? I'm thinking that it all depends on #PatrickCorbin. He really needs to last more than 3 or 4 innings to give us a chance of winning this one. If he doesn't, we'll be in trouble for a while. Our bullpen is stretched to the limit.

That was a complete disaster of a game. #BlueJays loss 16-2 to the #Cubs. #KevinGausman had a terrible day. But it doesn't end there. My excitement at seeing #BrendonLittle back was ruined by a huge error by #DavisSchneider. At some point I lost track of things like RBIs and such on my scorecard. 😢

Yay! The #BlueJays now have their 2nd sweep of the season! (Not the greatest stat, but we've got to take what we can get!) And it was an excellent game for the Jays vs #RedSox. #TreyYesavage lasted into the 8th giving our bullpen a much needed rest. #Vladdy hit his 4th HR of the season.

Another win for the #BlueJays! And what a game. A shutout. Lots of base stealing. Varland doubled the strike outs for us with 3 in 10 pitches in the 9th!

Tonight felt very 2025ish at #RogersCentre. What an amazing win for #BlueJays over the #Yankees. And what a night for Kirk! I think everyone is glad to have him back!!

Had one day off to relax. But now the #Yankees are in town against the #BlueJays! If someone the BlueJays could pull off another sweep this weekend... Then we'd definitely be the right road to the post season! 😁

Another awesome game in #Toronto with the #BlueJays vs #Phillies. A game full of action, some lost opportunities, and excitement. Yeah, a slightly disappointing finish... but I don't care! I had a great time!

Tonight the #BlueJays play Game 3 against the #Phillies to decide the series. The last 2 games were incredibly exciting& this one should be just as exciting! On the mound is #JesúsLuzardo (4.56 ERA, which looks good for us...but wait...) vs #MaxScherzer (9.64 ERA, which doesn't look so good for us).

Today was a little bit of a disappointment. Although we knew we were going up against something really strong. That Corbin could only last 3 innings was the worst part. It stretches out bullpen even more. Still an awesome game, however! Full of tension & fun! #Baseball #BlueJays #phillies #Toronto

There's a lot of talk right now about what the #BlueJays should do once Kirk comes back. At that point, we'll have three catchers, and there are some tough decisions to make. There's also been a lot going on with the Blue Jays bullpen and pitching staff because of injuries.

What a matchup today! Sanchez's 1.46 ERA looks pretty impressive. Corbin has had some ups and downs, but he was pretty good his last time out! A lot, from my perspective, depends on how our #BlueJays bats do today. It'll be tough, but we've fought some tough battles before! Go Jays!

Just got home from the #BlueJays game and had to rewatch two plays, 1 in the 6th & 1 in the 9th. I was thinking that maybe the #Orioles manager had a point when arguing in the 9th. But after seeing the plays... The Umps made the proper call on the field. Good job!
