ÉMMS teachers spent the day at Swan Lake First Nation learning about Land Based Learning with Elder David Scott and Finn Rachul. We’re excited to bring more hands-on, meaningful learning rooted in nature, culture, and Indigenous knowledge to our students!

Today, the Access Event Centre became a living museum as Grade 8 Blazers brought history to life during A Walk Through Time! Huge kudos to our students, teachers, and supportive community for making this showcase of learning unforgettable!

Today, ÉMMS students participated in Student Vote, a hands-on learning experience from @civixcanada.bsky.social and Elections Canada! Students had the chance to step into the shoes of voters and learn about the democratic process in a fun and engaging way. #StudentVoteCanada

Our ÉMMS Student Vote will be happening on Wednesday, April 23rd. Everyone will get to practice voting just like what happens during elections in Canada! To celebrate Canada, please wear your red and white or any Canadian-themed clothes.
