I also am not one to use social media much at all. I think it was because Twitter appealed to me the most in terms of its layout and concept yet it was too harsh of an environment to share stuff in. Bluesky makes me feel safer in what I can say or even the art I make and show.

I became less and less active on social media after 2020. I thought I was just burned out after how intensely active I was b4 the 2020 election. Now, I think it was just because Twitter was sucking more and more. Bluesky has reminded me how good social media can be when it isn’t a toxic snakepit.

Am I the only one that feels like starting a new account on a new social media site means that I gotta catch everyone up on who I am and what I do? I know there’s not many people out there who’ll notice me but I have the urge to just post stuff from even weeks or months ago.
