Made some custom chocolate Easter bunnies filled with crushed cookies, sprinkles, and nuts.

Forgot to post a pic of the orange zest cake I baked a couple of weeks ago. I tried out a flower piping tip for the first time, but I made the frosting a little too soft so the shapes didn’t hold. Still not bad looking for a test run though, if I do say so myself.

Excited to be a Children’s Media Association mentor for the first time! After being a mentee and a volunteer in past years, it’ll be fun to help a newcomer grow as a kids’ screenwriter! Thanks to CMA for inviting me!

Blueberry muffin-baking kind of day.

Took a long drive and a short hike to a high peak.

Baked a pie for Mother’s Day with blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, and raspberries in a pate sucree crust with decorator’s sugar sprinkled on top!

Baking an unusual cookie recipe made of just cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and egg whites (plus chocolate chips, of course). Kind of like a cross between meringues and brownie crusts!

Just noticed that the latest episode of Nickelodeon's Barnyard Daycare includes three segments that I wrote! (the one about a submarine adventure, one about skateboarding, and the one about playing dress-up). It’s always so fun seeing the produced version of your scripts! youtu.be/PvTZn7mRDEE?...
