This brings to mind whenever Blizz says the stupid marketing line “20 years in the making” as if their writing is at all consistent with past expansions and future content. It irks me. Like no you guys did not plan the Jailer back during Wrath, or Xal back in Ulduar, etc..

The cinematic was SO good. The jumpscare and tone was *chefs kiss*. All this talk of survival though makes me wish the Forsaken were more involved. They could relate to needing to survive and being turned by what killed you, and embracing what you are now. I feel Xal and Sylvanas would get along.

Can’t decide if I’m gonna main Devourer or Affliction in Midnight. Really enjoying both. Both have some issues, sure - like Affliction not really *seeing* UA change with multiple stacks or Devourer not getting to use CS or Throw Glaive - but both are so satisfying to me and visually striking.

Currently my Devourer is level 47 and in questing and dungeons has still yet to be able to cast Collapsing Star. This can’t be what Blizz has in mind for modern gaming. It’s on the third row for talents. (We also take the Metamorphosis talent a few levels before we can actually use it, too)

I am struggling hard with house layouts. I want my Warband (main 4) to share the house and to each have a room but I can’t think of a floorplan to make that happen in a cool way.

That Hunter set is the ugliest fucking set I’ve seen in awhile. If I make Grave a Dark Ranger he’s gonna continue to use the Darkshore set. I also hate the Priest set, but mostly for the aesthetic. DH is… eh. Warlock is cool. DK is amazing. Paladin is great. Mage is cool.

I’m a little concerned with housing - specifically for Horde. The article WoW put up has 6 pictures of Alliance and only 3 for Horde. The tour is for Alliance. The preview pics for Horde don’t show as diverse an environment IMO than the Alliance ones, either

Love this thread. Loved my initial playthrough of DF and helping the two male centaurs propose to each other. It’s unfortunate that Blizz would walk back so hard this expansion on even representation. Even other issues, like letting Marran live, to me shows a lack of moral integrity from Blizz.

Y’know, this is a great idea. Personally I don’t really care for the eco dome stuff BUT this would be a good way to revitalize racial capitals. Brill is still being rebuilt years later. I’d love to contribute to it and get some Forsaken-style rewards. Maybe that Undercity Plaguebat mount from BFA?

Possibly an unpopular opinion but I hate the Reshii Wraps - and by extension any borrowed power with a visual component. Open world content isn’t fun when my rotation gets interrupted by an Arcane nuke. Makes fights easier, but takes the fun out of them IMO. I also choose specs for their theme -

I know Blizzard does not care about it, but for the love of god please either make Darkshore always up for both factions and soloable OR just put the armor on a vendor. Please.

One thing I hope Midnight changes is Paragon rewards for rep. A little bit of gold is not near an incentive enough to go to areas we’re no longer questing in. I haven’t done a weekly Severed Threads pact quest in months because the reward isn’t worth it and I can’t imagine that’s what Blizz wants.
