Deadass wasnt gaining weight at 3200 cals per day 🥀 so i coped that i could get away with 3500-4000 calories a day and now im fat, shouldve upped to 3500 max.

Eating healthy is something to be proud of 💀 but dear god, seasoning and sauces aren't alot of calories. Some people out here are really eating boiled vegetables, egg and chicken 😭

There's this high for the first 12 hours because of how thoughtful and caring people can be during birthdays, then the next 12 hours are just... let it end I'm an introvert without alcohol😭🪫

These love handles are not fun, I should have made sure I was at real 15% bodyfat or lower before bulking 😭

So toxic that so many people felt the need to make unwanted comments(sometimes shade) on my weightloss that I'm losing too much, then so many are suddenly nice now that I'm bulking 🤷 People typically need to lose weight to build muscle, permabulking is slow progress and unhealthy(if already >25%bf)

Looks like I can't lean down lower than 95kg, the loose skin is very telling. 🫩 will bulk to 100kg to gain muscle then cut down back after, with the loose skin filled out(hopefully) i guess.

Very near the 95kg mark, and I'm finally feeling comfortable in my body. I think my comfortable weight is 85~95kg and I'll play around that weight when trying to cut and bulk 😬 Side note... when lying down and flexing i can touch my abdominal muscles 😂🥴
