Today's intrusive thoughts is when I had to change schools for my senior year and being called to an "all seniors" meeting to be told "Look you all, you didn't make it, you had 3 years and you didn't raise enough for a prom. Now stop sabotaging the younger classes who _are_ on track to making it!"

Woke up thinking about Pokémon reading (specifically mine). The anime rarely shows us pokémon doing this, but when they do, they seem to be reading pictographic signs only. Meowth we see reading directly multiple times (holding papers, translating street signs for other pokémon, button labels, etc.)
