If I am Curt Miller I am getting on the phone and calling up Brondello. She would be a clear upgrade over Koclanes and has multiple championships under her regimes. I doubt he does it but that is what I would do.

Chris Koclanes should not have a job if this is the bar the league is setting. We are headed in the direction of the NBA with coaches being fired one year after a championship. Not ideal. My Bucks did the same thing with Budenholzer and it never worked out. They are still trying to recover.

What I reported weeks ago has now been confirmed by Front Office Sports. The Dallas Wings will not pursue any coaching changes this off-season. Chris Koclanes will return as head coach of the team in 2026.

I have a Paige Bueckers banner hanging up in my classroom and a student came up to me today and said "she's so good, I want to be like Paige Bueckers when I grow up." I was literally on the verge of tears. This is why these women need and deserve the platform that they have.
