“AI Can Support Nursing, But It Must Never Replace It” Colleagues, AI is arriving fast in health and social care, and there’s real potential reducing some of the digital burden nurses carry. But alongside the opportunity sits a responsibility to be cautious.

Policy shapes a day of care long before staff start their shift. If we want safer care and a system that doesn’t rely on goodwill to stay upright, policy has to start with their experience, not distant assumptions.
