I've used ChatGPT as a code assistant. Last night I stayed up until 3 am with Claude Code. I only stopped because I was exhausted, and out of tokens in my 4 hour window. Just asked ChatGPT something, and it is being especially healthy...it knows it is on a short leash.

I just started with Claude Code. It is powerful, and as others have observed, exhausting! I think that when we exhaust the 4 hour window of tokens that we should consider that to be Claude telling us to take a break.
