The need to take public positions during the shutdown seems to have hardened the GOP position against the ACA, making it harder to win an extension on subsidies, even though more Republicans than Democrats have ACA policies. Bad for policy holders; probably bad for GOP.

Question for Iran and/or Nuclear folks: The Iran NIE of 2007 said Iran might be able to produce enough weapons-grade fuel for a bomb in the 2010-2015 time period. Does anyone know when they started saying "in a few months" or "in a few weeks"?
