offline support was quite easy with vite pwa plugin. It generated most of the boilerplate for service worker and did not require much except few configs. It does not works in incognito mode for some browsers(firefox) but that's ok. Its users choice. #buildinpublic

apparently there is no way to get audio samples without playing them in browser. All audio api's in browser are handicapped in one way or the other. 1. decodeaudio requires reading complete file 2. audioworklet requires playing 3. webcodecs require demuxer go figure! #buildinpublic
