1. LLM-generated code tries to run code from online software packages. Which is normal but 2. The packages don’t exist. Which would normally cause an error but 3. Nefarious people have made malware under the package names that LLMs make up most often. So 4. Now the LLM code points to malware.

OpenStreetMap allow you to visually examine it's database before using the API for a specific request via {osmdata} etc. Search on openstreetmap and then the area you want. Use the cursor with the question mark to query the features in the map. #rspatial #gis

I admittedly don't know what any cities in this country look like so maybe it's obvious to others, but I'm starting to suspect these cities are unfamiliar for many people. There are a lot of cities with a population over 400k! I'm going to try switching to the top 100 cities by tourist visits.

The fruits of Amorphophallus are berries. These belong to A. paeoniifolius. Curiously, they appear to ripen from the top down (green, unripe berries are at the bottom of the spadix). This is the reverse of what I’d expect, but this genus is full of surprises. 😀 #Araceae #Botany 🌾🧪🌱
