Last night was one of the worst nights I've had in years. I got hit with a wave of depression so severe that I nearly vomited from how sick I felt. I need a reminder that I'm not just a complete failure creatively, so... I'm taking a shot in the dark. They're all yours, go wild.

Sketching at work: day 7 (7/7/26) An attempt to remaster one of Stella's expressions from her much earlier ref. I may digitize this one and make it an emoji in the Maplemoon Discord server!

Sketching at work: days 5 and 6 (7/3/26, 7/4/26) Wanted to celebrate the 4th of July in the best way I knew how: by drawing Stella voraciously eating a comically large burger. I was specifically asked to draw the second part 😂

Sketching at work: day 4 (7/2/26) Tried something a bit more ambitious here: a full Stella head rotation. Wanted to get comfortable with drawing her face from different angles. I ran out of drawing time during the last angle so it's a bit sloppy.

Sketching at work: day 3 (7/1/26) I've always wanted to draw Stella howling. Also got to draw her looking upward slightly here. I feel that her bangs hang just a bit too far down in this one, but hey, it's all practice!

Sketching at work: day 1 (6/29/26) Started with something simple... a headshot of Stella! I mainly did this to get a feel for how her hair would look from a different angle; something I still need to nail down before completing her ref.

First off, I've been working on revamping my designs for the SWEETmates girls, starting with Molly! This is only a rough sketch, but I plan to eventually turn it into a full ref sheet for the character!

Next up on the design update block is Stella, whose new design I'm actually pretty happy with!! Once again, this is still a work-in-progress, but I plan to use this as a base for building her full ref sheet eventually!
