Interesting stuff found while on a hike when the question was, whatâs that white stuff under the tree? Also in the hollow base of another tree further along and way off trail we stumbled upon a geocashe. Good day in the forest.

Astronomer Caroline Herschelâs work discovering and cataloging astronomical objects in the 18th century is still used in the field today, but she didnât always get her due credit.

2 days ago driving north towards Kamloops watching a large pyrocumulonimbus cloud over the Ross Moore Lake fire swallowing up lenticular clouds. Off to the left it looked like a whole fleet of flying saucers waiting their turn. Was driving so not taking the images. Thatâs why no pics of them

Excitement builds as the pressure hold stable. First try with the new canner on the new convection stove. Canner arrived just in time for the first harvest from the garden. So whatâs in the can?
