Learning history brings me peace of mind. Many things that happen now have been already happening in the past. That’s just how the world works and humans work. Even though we live in unique times with unique challenges, some things will always be the same. So no need to worry about them.

I’m sad to hear the news that the wonderful Jane Goodall is no longer in the world. Her work with chimpanzees at Gombe in Tanzania taught us to look at other apes - and ourselves - differently. I was privileged to meet her later in life and tell her what an inspiration she was to me.

I had a lovely wholesome interaction there at the top. I was sitting under this map resting and a guy asked me to take a photo of him next to this map. He said he had walked this whole red trail, 500km, in 20 days. And he had the last 4km to Ustroń where I had hiked from. I was amazed! #LodaTravels

Went on a short mountain trip in the Polish Beskidy this Sunday, near the town Ustroń. It was a short climb but my muscles still hurt now. I definitely need to do this more often and train my body. Somehow I've survived. 9 km total. Had nice time. #LodaTravels

I've always been a curious child, reading from travel books, encyclopaedias, photo books about world's great monuments etc. I don't even understand how can someone not be curious about the world around them? What sits in your mind, you of no desire to learn and understand?

The internet is getting filled with stupid AI generated reels and get thousands of likes, no one knows what’s true anymore. We’ve had a glorious two decades of internet. Now it’s ending. Time to abandon everything digital and go back to physical world. Read books 📚

Lots of evil and darkness in this world but certainly not as much as the internet wants you to believe. Be wary of the black mirror, shield yourself from the corrupting Noise. Follow your passions. Consume and create beauty. Stay sane and reasonable. Save yourself first.
