We are horrified by the situation at Temple Israel synagogue in West Bloomfield, Michigan, where law enforcement has responded to an active shooter. We are incredibly grateful for the swift actions of the security team who stopped the attacker, but we are devastated and outraged that they had to.

🚨 Explosion at Synagogue in Belgium 🚨 Around 4 a.m., an explosion targeted the synagogue in the Belgian city of Liège, shattering windows and damaging nearby buildings. We are relieved that no one was injured, but the attack is a stark reminder that Jewish communities remain constant targets.

We commend Paraguay for becoming the first country to file a brief supporting Israel in the case brought by South Africa before the ICJ. Paraguay’s leadership—together with partners like Argentina—reflects an important shift in Latin America toward stronger cooperation with the U.S. and Israel.
